Jesus called, even commanded, his church to participate in the work of God in the world by asking in prayer. Jesus promised that what the church asks it will receive. Today, as we hear the words of Jesus, may we be granted vision, faith, and resolve to be asking Christians and a praying congregation for the work of God in our lives, families, city, and world.
Grace Community Church exists to build spiritually healthy people for ministry in the world. One of the ways that we pursue this mission is by gathering each Sunday for corporate worship, prayer, and biblical teaching. The corporate nature of this gathering is both edifying to the believer and a witness of God’s grace to the world. Sermon speaker is Scott Patty unless otherwise noted.
